Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy
BOOKING CONDITIONS
- The booking will only be effective with the agreement of the campground, once the deposit and the reservation contract are received duly filled out and signed, or the acceptance of the general sales conditions when making the online reservation.
- If the deposit payment is not made at the time of booking or the remaining amount is not paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay by the customer, the campground reserves the right to cancel the reservation and offer the accommodation for rent again.
- Reservations only bind the campground if they have been accepted, which it is free to do or not to do, based on availability and, in general, all circumstances that may affect the execution of the reservation made. The campground offers family-oriented stays in the traditional sense, so the accommodations are specially designed for this purpose. The campground reserves the right to not accept reservations that go against this principle or attempt to distort it.
- The reservation of a pitch or accommodation (bungalow, cottage, mobile homes, tents, etc.) is strictly personal. Under no circumstances can the reservation be sublet or transferred without the prior consent of the campground.
- Minors must always be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Pitches
The basic price includes the pitch for the tent, caravan, or motorhome for 1 or 2 people, access to the toilets, and the campground facilities.
- The accommodations are fully equipped. The basic price is for 2 up to a maximum of 6 people, depending on the type of accommodation and the campground.
- The campground reserves the right to deny access to groups or families who arrive with a number of members exceeding the capacity of the rented accommodation.
GROUP RESERVATION
- A group reservation is considered when more than 4 accommodations are booked by a single individual or by multiple individuals who know each other, traveling together for the same reasons and planning to stay at the same campground during the same dates.
- The accommodations offered on the campground’s commercial website are exclusively directed towards individual customers.
- To request a group reservation, it is necessary to contact the campground by phone at +34 977 46 05 35 or by email at reservas@campingampolla.es. The campground reserves the right to review the reservation request before accepting or rejecting it.
RATES AND MUNICIPAL STAY TAX
- The prices indicated are valid for the 2023 season. They correspond to one night and are stated in euros, including VAT.
- The amount of the tourist stay tax may vary depending on the autonomous community, if applicable.
- Rates may be subject to modifications during the season.
PAYMENTS CONDITIONS
- For reservations made more than 30 days in advance of the start date of the stay, a deposit of 30% of the total price of the reserved services must be paid. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay at the campground.
- For reservations made less than 30 days in advance of the start date of the stay, the total payment must be made at the time of booking (30% at the time of booking) with the remaining 70% to be paid during online check-in or at the campground reception during check-in.
- If the deposit payment is not made at the time of booking or the remaining amount is not paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay by the customer, the campground reserves the right to cancel the reservation and offer the accommodation for rent again.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
- Modification of the Reservation
The customer may request changes to their stay at the same campground (dates, type of accommodation) by submitting a written request to the campground (email: reservas@campingampolla.es). Such changes are subject to availability and possibilities, as well as the application of surcharges in the event that the new dates have higher prices than the previously requested ones. No postponements to the following season will be accepted. In the absence of changes, the customer must carry out their stay according to the initial conditions of the reservation.
- All requests for extending the duration of the stay will be considered based on availability and current rates.
- Any request for reducing the duration of the stay will be considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and interruption conditions of the stay.
- Unused Services
In the event of an interrupted or shortened stay due to one of the following reasons:
- Closure of borders by administrative decision
- Administrative closure of the campground
- Limitation of travel by administrative decision to a number of kilometers that prevents access to the campground
The campground will issue a voucher for the corresponding amount of the unused nights, which will be valid for two years. If the customer rejects this voucher, upon request, the corresponding amount will be refunded after deducting the cost of the cancellation insurance if it has been contracted.
With the exception of the reasons mentioned above, interrupted or shortened stays (late arrival, early departure) by the customer, as well as stays affected by weather conditions, are not eligible for refunds or vouchers.
- Cancellation due to campground’s fault
In the event of cancellation due to the campground’s fault, except in cases of force majeure, all amounts paid as a reservation will be refunded. However, this cancellation shall not give rise to any payment of damages.
- Cancellation caused by the customer
In the event of cancellation caused by the customer, except in cases of force majeure, the following cancellation and refund conditions shall apply.
Any cancellation request must be communicated by email to reservas@campingampolla.es. Cancellations communicated by phone will not be taken into account. Any cancellation implies the termination of the reservation and the campground reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rent again.
- In the event of cancellation by the customer
Due to one of the following reasons (preventing the stay):
- Closure of borders by administrative decision
- Administrative closure of the campground
- Limitation of travel by administrative decision to a number of kilometers that prevents access to the campground
The campground will issue a voucher for an amount corresponding to the total sums paid, valid for two years. In case the customer rejects the voucher, upon request, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
Cancellation for any other reason:
- Case 1: Cancellation up to 16 (sixteen) days prior to the start of the stay.
The campground will retain 15% of the amount paid as a cancellation fee. The remaining amounts paid will be refunded minus the cancellation fee. If the payment has been made in part or in full with a voucher of higher value than the deposit: the campground will retain 15% of the amount paid as a cancellation fee. A new non-refundable voucher with a validity of 2 years, usable at the campground, will be issued for the initial voucher amount, deducting the 15% deposit. The rest of the amounts paid, excluding the voucher, will be refunded. - Case 2: Cancellation between 15 (fifteen) and 6 (six) days prior to the start of the stay. The campground will retain 30% of the total amount of the stay as a cancellation fee. A voucher will be issued for the corresponding value of the amounts paid minus the 30% cancellation fee. This voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable, and can only be used at the campground where the cancellation was made, valid for two years.
- Case 3: Cancellation between 5 (five) days before and the day of the start of the stay. The campground will retain the full amount paid, i.e., the total amount of the stay. No refund will be made. The campground reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rent again.
- Case 4: In the event of not appearing before midnight on the day of the reservation without notifying the delay in check-in, the campground will retain the full amount charged without the customer having the right to demand a refund. The campground reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rent again from the following day.

- Acommodations: On the day of arrival at the campsite, you will be welcomed from 4:00 PM, and when handing over the keys to the accommodation, a security deposit may be requested.
- During the stay
It is the customer’s responsibility to watch over their personal belongings (bicycles, etc.). The campsite declines all responsibility in case of incidents related to the customer’s civil liability. The property is not responsible for the loss, theft, misplacement, or breakage of any personal items. All customers must comply with the internal regulations. If a security deposit was requested, it will be refunded at the end of the stay, deducting any relevant compensations with supporting invoices for any damages identified during the check-out inspection. The retention of the security deposit does not exclude additional compensation in case the expenses exceed the amount of the deposit.
- Accommodations: If the accommodation has not been cleaned at the time of departure, a minimum cleaning supplement of 95 € including VAT may be charged (see the “Rates” page of the campsite).
- In case of late check-out, an additional day may be billed according to the current nightly rate.

They are prohibited in the vicinity of the swimming pools, food stores, and buildings. The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date.

You authorize the campsite, as well as any other person designated by the campsite, to photograph, record, or film you during your stay at the campsite and to exploit these images, sounds, videos, and recordings on any medium (especially on the campsite’s websites or pages, including Facebook and Instagram, on promotional materials and presentations of the campsite, and in travel or tourist guides). This consent applies to both you and all the people staying with you. The sole purpose of this consent is to ensure the promotion and animation of the campsite and its network, and under no circumstances shall it undermine your reputation.
