Access to the website is free, except for the cost of the internet connection through the telecommunications network provided by the user's internet service provider. Certain services are exclusive to our clients and access to them is restricted.
Use of the Portal confers the status of user (hereinafter, the “User”) and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice. 3. PORTAL TERMS OF USE 3.1 General The User agrees to use the Portal correctly in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User will be liable to Grupo Taiga or to third parties for any damages that may arise from a breach of this obligation.
The use of the Portal for purposes that are harmful to the assets or interests of Grupo Taiga or third parties, or that overload, damage or disable networks, servers and other computer equipment, is prohibited.
3.2 Contents The User agrees to use the Content in accordance with the Law, this Legal Notice and any other applicable regulations.
By way of example, the User must refrain from:
- Reproducing, copying, distributing, publicly communicating, transforming or modifying the Content is prohibited without legal or express authorization from Grupo Taiga.
- Reproducing or copying for private use any Content that may be considered Software or Databases.

3.3 Introduction of links to the Portal Users who wish to insert links must meet the following conditions:

4. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY 4.1 Information Taiga Group is not responsible for decisions made based on information from the Portal or for damages caused by the use of said information.
4.2 Service quality Taiga Group does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other harmful elements. It is the User's responsibility to have appropriate tools for their detection and protection.
4.3 Service Availability Access to the Portal depends on third-party services. Taiga Group is not responsible for interruptions or failures resulting from telecommunications networks.
4.4 Regarding linked content and services The Portal may contain links to Linked Sites. Grupo Taiga acts as an intermediary service provider under the LSSI (Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce) and will only be liable if it has actual knowledge of the illegality and does not disable the link.
If the User detects illegal content, they may report it to Grupo Taiga following the instructions in clause 6.

6. REPORTING OF ILLEGAL OR INAPPROPRIATE ACTIVITIES If any user detects Linked Sites with illegal content, they may report it to Grupo Taiga by indicating:
- Personal data of the communicator.
- Description of the events.
- Details of the holder of the infringed rights (if applicable).
- Title that proves the legitimacy of the holder.
- Express declaration of truthfulness.
Receiving the communication does not imply effective knowledge according to the LSSI.
